About

Kai (formerly Process Design Advisors) was founded by Greg Rader in 2016 based on a vision of strengthening organizations and enabling them to outperform their peers by focusing on three primary areas:

    • clarity

    • automation

    • alignment

With 30 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, strategic consulting, and digital transformation, Greg has worked with a number of clients in a variety of industries around the world to solve many complex problems. A common theme he has observed among struggling organizations is a lack of clarity around process design and execution. Unclear expectations often result in conflict, missed opportunities, and poor customer experiences.

Kai strives to make a positive impact on teams and organizations that struggle with clarity and execution. Our goal is to build confidence, strength, and high performance among the teams we work with.

Kai helps our clients develop Digital Transformation strategies and address gaps and shortcomings related to strategic alignment and enterprise architecture. By translating vision into an operational context, we enable our clients to achieve continuous delivery of business value in areas that align with their goals.

Oklahoma City, OK

Kai focuses primarily on the Oklahoma City market. Our founder is a native Oklahoman and is passionate about seeing Oklahoma-based companies grow and thrive. Having witnessed first-hand the aftermath of the Murrah bombing in 1995 and the subsequent 'rising from the ashes' that Oklahoma City has experienced over the past 25 years, we are extremely proud of our city and are devoted to continuing the legacy of making and keeping Oklahoma great. For us, that means helping to make Oklahoma-based companies stronger and more resilient.
